Shipping and Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

We are based in London and we ship our products to anywhere in the world.

All our jerseys are shipped via Royal Mail. We will issue tracking numbers for all international orders, though these are not distributed automatically. Please email info@millag.cc for tracking enquiries.

Customer Service Policy

Milltag is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item, we will be happy to swap (subject to stock) or provide a full refund including the cost of postage. Please be sure to return it unused and in its original packaging and email info@milltag.cc for any further questions.
