All transactions are processed in AUD.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Australian Shipping

• We provide free shipping for all orders over AUD$150 within Australia.
• Orders under $150 will be charged a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
• Expect orders to be delivered in 5-7 days.

Shipping to International Locations
• We provide free shipping for all orders over AUD$200 internationally.
• Orders under AUD$200 will be charged a AU$30 flat rate shipping fee. Some countries are excluded from this flat rate and additional fees may be applied.
• Expect orders delivered in 3-10 days.

Please note: We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes, if in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

We want you to enjoy your Arenberg experience as soon as possible after you've completed an order from us.

All Arenberg products are shipped from our Australian warehouse using the best possible options available at the time of ordering. Our preferred carrier is Australia Post but from time to time based on market conditions this may vary for specific orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your order. In most cases, your order should arrive between 5 and 7 days after placing your order when shipped to an Australian address. Delivery to locations outside Australia may take up to 21 days or more to be delivered.

The time frames above are estimates only, and Arenberg cannot make any guarantees or accept any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

Customer Service Policy

Arenberg is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt at help@arenberg.co and we will quickly work with you to assess whether we can provide an exchange or return.

In the event of any Exchange or Return all goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
