Free express shipping on orders over $100 AUD
$9.95 express delivery on orders under $100 AUD
Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days within Australia.
All orders are dispatched out of Melbourne, Australia.

International
Free express shipping on all orders over $200 AUD internationally.
Orders under AUD$200 will be charged an AU$30 flat rate express delivery fee.
Delivery time is approximately 3-5 days via DHL Express.

Customer Service Policy

MAAP is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 60 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges, please return items for a refund and place a new order if a size change is required.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
