Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders will be dispatched from our Asia logistics centre. We provide free shipping on all orders over USD$90 internationally. Orders under USD$90 will be charged a USD$15 standard shipping fee. Some countries are excluded from this flat rate and additional fees may be applied. Expect orders delivered within 3-5 days via DHL Express.

Please note: We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charged if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Vertexlondon.com will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

Customer Service Policy

Vertex London is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We pride ourselves on making the highest quality of products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the products, returns will be honoured up to 60 days from when the product was received, and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

When returning items to Vertex, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Once you return package has been received, it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.
