All transactions are processed in AUD.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Goods will be shipped with United States Postal Serviece and normally sent within 1 business day.

Shipping times:
Standard domestic (USA Only): 1 - 5 business days
Standard International: 6-10 business days with occasional customs delays

Export Restrictions / Customs

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Search and State has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We will honor returns and exchanges for unworn and unused items 30 days after your original purchase. If your garment is in some way defective at any time we want to hear from you, so please call or email so we can make the situation right. Above all else, it is our sincere desire to ensure every single one of our customers has a superb experience - even when things don't go as planned. Return Shipping & Processing

Once returns and exchanges are received we will promptly issue a refund or ship your requested item. The cost of return/exchange shipping for international customers is not covered by Search and State. We will ship your exchanged item back to you at no additional cost.
