Shipping and Delivery Policy

During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. Unless stated otherwise, we will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Orders will processed and dispatched to you DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means no further duty or tax will be payable after the order has been placed and accepted on the site.

Customer Service Policy

Wearwell Cycle Company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Wearwell have been making high quality cycling products since 1889. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days of receipt and under the Wearwell Guarantee we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Products must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We recommend that returning products use a tracked delivery service.

If you are making an exchange, we can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.

Wearwell cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.

Wearwell's free returns policy extends to postal addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately our free returns policy does not extend to addresses outside the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Goods

Wearwell Cycle Company is proud of its commitment to high quality products and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately on rare occasions it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@wearwell.cc

International Returns and Exchanges

If you are based outside of the UK, please use the below process to lodge your return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of your delivery date.

Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

We recommend that you use a mailing service that requires a signature as we can not accept responsibility for any products until we have received them.

What Happens Next

Once your return or exchange package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review. In the event of an approved return review, credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
