Shipping and Delivery Policy

Givelo offers a FREE INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS shipping service with no minimum order quantities.

1-3 days USA & Canada
2-5 days Europe, Australia & Asia

Please be aware that deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Givelo covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country

Customer Service Policy

Givelo is committed to providing the best customer service and quality products.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to be reimbursed, you can return it within 30 days upon receiving your product. The return shipping expenses are fully prepaid by Givelo.

If you have a return inquiry, please write to us at help@givelo.co. Our customer service team will be in charge of your case and will guide you step by step on what you should do.

For returns due to sizing issues, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not totally new, in their original packaging, in unsalable conditions or outside of the 30-day return policy.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: The replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
