Shipping and Delivery Policy

Goods will be shipped with Australia Post and normally sent within 1 business day.

Shipping times:
Standard domestic: 1 - 5 business days
Standard International: 5 - 12 business days

Export Restrictions / Customs

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Lumiere Cycling has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Lumiere Cycling will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Service Policy

Lumiere is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Lumiere strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund less the cost of reshipping. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Exchanges

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to exchange your purchase please email us at the address below and we will provide you further details on your exchange. We are only able to accept an exchange of your product for the same product in a different size or colour (subject to stock availability).

Please note that Lumiere cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
