Shipping and Delivery Policy

International free shipping on orders above £200. International orders delivered international (7-10 working days).

Within UK, Mono Cyling offers free shipping on all orders above £150. Orders below £150 will be delivered within UK using Royal Mail Signed 1st Class and will be charged £5

Local taxes - Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

Customer Service Policy

Mono Cycling is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@monocycling.cc and we will provide you with information on how to make a return. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
