All transactions are processed in AUD.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Items are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the time of order.

For orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post, with estimated delivery times of 2-5 working days.

For orders outside of Australia we ship via DHL's eCommerce service. Delivery times will vary from country to country.
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, and the package is returned to us, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your countries taxation rates please contact your local customs office.

Customer Service Policy

CyclingTips is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on location; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Been riding a lot lately and ordered a size too large? Or just not happy with the purchase (we're sorry to hear it!)? Well don't worry - we will offer a risk-free exchange of size or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. If upon receiving your product you have doubts about your purchase please keep your product in its original packaging until you have decided.

Please note, we can't offer a refund or exchange on custom items for change of mind.
